That is also why the review is free. Commercial real estate commissions are generally paid by the landlord or the seller, the same way a buyer's agent works in residential. A practice gets someone on its side of the table without writing a check, and there is nothing to sign to have the conversation.
What the map is
The map is the honest half of a much larger process. It shows named practices of one specialty inside a real five-minute drive of an address, drawn from a verified Washington book rather than a raw registry, so closed offices and duplicate listings are already out. It covers dental, medical, optometry, physical therapy, primary care, and behavioral health. Veterinary is represented on the call; the page does not count it yet.
Washington only. Oregon is not seeded, and a thin map reads as a broken tool — so a non-Washington address is refused rather than drawn badly.
